This service is for you, or a group of friends. Classes are tailored to your specific needs; whether you wish to learn about specific recipes, specific diet options, or simply learn new dishes- this is the service for you. Classes can be scheduled in your kitchen or mine.

Cooking Classes and Demos – Every once in a while, I'll post a date for special Topic Class. You're welcome to choose your favorite topic and Sign-Up for the class.

All public classes are 100% plant-based (vegan) and include:

Perfect Vegan Pizza Making at Home

If you aspire to make an amazing vegan pizza at home, then this class is for you. We will start with the basics: dough, made from scratch with the finest ingredients. Then we’ll craft a delicious sauce and discuss fun ingredients and nutrition topics. Finally, we’ll cover the baking methods so that every time you open your oven door you’ll pull out a pizza that’s fresher, tastier and more satisfying than the average pizza pie.

This is a hands-on environment led by Liat Nadler (MScN), a professional nutritionist and a personal chef.

Menu: pizza, sauces, and delicious toppings

Allergies and special diets: dairy-free, egg-free; vegan.

Minimum age: 21

Duration: 2-2.5 hours

For groups of 4-6 people

A Mediterranean breakfast is a way to start the day with nutritious, low sugar, high in fiber, and easy to prepare meal. This class includes simple and easy-to-execute ideas in a Israeli style. Made with simple ingredients that are available in every grocery store.

Menu: Israeli colorful salad, hummus, herb vegan omelette (lentils and garbanzo flours)
Minimum 6 participants per class.
Fee: $65 per person (now on-sale until 12.31.2017, only $50)
Vegan and gluten-free
Minimum age: 21
